
Before she was buzzin all over your radios and television screens, Honey B was growing up in Richmond, VA. Always having a passion for finding different outlets to express herself, she moved to Norfolk, Va in 2006 to study mass communications and find her niche in the entertainment industry. After being rejected numerous times to appear on the local radio station, Honey B created a lane for herself in producing an on campus television series. After a short run in Norfolk, Honey B returned to Richmond with 2 things, her name and her ambition. Upon her return to her hometown, she obtained an internship with the cities hottest radio station, Power 92.1. Working day in and day out perfecting her craft and learning the business, her hard work paid off and she landed herself her own radio show on Power 92.1.
After spending four years buzzin all over the DMV's biggest radio stations, Honey B decided to take her talents down south to Atlanta, GA.In her usual form, she took Atlanta's radio by storm landing spots on beehive FM as well the peoples station V103. Taking advantage of her multifaceted talents, Honey B began hosting events, doing radio drops, and interviewing talent in and outside of Atlanta. Her efforts came into fruition when she was asked to be a finalist in 106&Park's search for a new host where she was able to showcase her talents on the National level and skyrocket her career.
